This delicious Ashwagandha Honey Milk Tea Recipe is an ideal combination of herbal aromas and milk. It can help to rejuvenate, energise and calm the body and mind. In Ayurvedic tradition Ashwagandha powder is used as a calming remedy in combination with warm milk and honey. It will provide you with satisfying warm feeling, while calming your nervous system.
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1tsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1tsp Superfood World Organic Ashwagandha Powder
- ½tsp cardamom powder
- ½tsp cinnamon
- Dash of ginger powder
- 1tbsp raw honey
- Place the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir for 5 minutes on a low temperature.
- Serve warm garnished with cinnamon.
