- 1 x 400ml full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Superfood World Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Superfood World Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Superfood World Ginger Powder
- Black pepper, to taste
Toppings
200g x good quality dark chocolate, melted
½ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
1. Put all of the ingredients for the ice pops into a blender and blend until smooth
2. Pour into your ice lolly mould, put the lid on and insert the wooden sticks
3. Place into the freezer for 6 hours or until completely frozen
4. Remove the popsicles from the mould
5. Dip each of the popsicles into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios
6. Serve immediately or return straight to the freezer
